Transform Wages Into Wealth, LLC does not provide individualized regulated investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advisory services through these offerings.
Our educational materials do not constitute personalized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold particular securities or other investments.
Users remain responsible for evaluating financial decisions in light of their circumstances, obligations, and goals.
We do not guarantee any particular financial result, investment performance, income increase, or accumulation of wealth.
Our financial governance methodology provides educational structures for understanding and directing financial resources toward personally selected objectives.
Materials and tools may include governance percentages, default rules, calculations, and projections.
These methods are educational and do not establish mandatory financial obligations or universally appropriate allocations.
Users should consider necessary living expenses, existing debts, contractual obligations, emergency needs, and other financial priorities before implementing a financial allocation.
Users retain responsibility for their financial decisions.
The Daily Wealth Ledger™ is a financial governance recordkeeping and decision-support application.

The application does not independently:
Hold or custody customer funds.

Purchases are administered through HighLevel, with Stripe serving as the payment processor.
Product descriptions, pricing, access conditions, and applicable billing terms are presented during the purchasing process.

If purchased digital access is unavailable, we will investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to restore or deliver the purchased service.

The Daily Wealth Ledger™ operates through an automatically renewing annual subscription.
Before purchase, the applicable annual price, renewal conditions, and cancellation terms are disclosed.
Enrollment requires affirmative agreement to recurring billing.
By authorizing the subscription, customers permit the designated payment processor to charge the selected payment method at initial purchase and subsequent annual renewals unless automatic renewal is canceled.
Subscription access is administered according to the customer's payment and entitlement status.
Subscribers will receive an annual renewal reminder approximately 30 calendar days before their scheduled renewal date, subject to applicable legal notice requirements.
Renewal reminders will include:
The scheduled renewal date.
The applicable annual renewal price.
A disclosure that billing renews automatically.
Instructions for canceling automatic renewal.
Where applicable law requires notification during a particular period measured from the cancellation deadline, we will follow that requirement.
Reminders are sent to the email address associated with the subscription.
Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next annual renewal payment is processed.
Cancellation requests may be submitted to:
An online cancellation process is also intended to be available through the applicable subscription management interface. The online process and access instructions will be identified once verified and operational.
A cancellation that becomes effective before the next renewal charge is processed prevents that charge.
Following cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the previously paid subscription period.
At expiration, access to paid features is restricted unless a new subscription is activated.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a completed billing period.
Applicable legal cancellation and refund rights remain protected.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods, subject to applicable law and subscription terms.
Existing subscribers will receive notice of an increased annual renewal price at least 30 calendar days before the increased charge is scheduled, or earlier where required by law.
Notices will include the updated price, effective date, and cancellation instructions.
Customers will have an opportunity to cancel before the increased renewal charge.
Where additional customer consent is required, we will obtain that authorization before applying the price increase.
Digital products and annual subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after purchase or access, except as required by law or expressly provided in the applicable purchase conditions.
Verified failures to deliver purchased access, incorrect charges, duplicate payments, and other billing concerns will be reviewed separately.
Eligible physical-book returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable refund, charge-dispute, or consumer protection rights.
Physical printed books are available for shipment within the United States only.
International physical shipping is not offered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Applicable shipping charges and fulfillment estimates will be disclosed during checkout.
